Mr. Fontana has more than three decades of corporate finance experience with high growth domestic and multinational businesses across various industries including oil & gas, retail, business services, software development, technology infrastructure, and various manufacturing industries. Mr. Fontana has extensive experience as CFO with multiple private equities owned businesses and has managed multiple initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings,
private equity buy/sell transactions, public debt placements, syndicated bank financings, merger and acquisition transactions, and leading finance teams to support operational growth strategies in global companies. He has led business case study programs involving corporate capital structure and capital raising at both The University of Texas and The Harvard Business School.
